RATES
Rates are cruise only, per person, based on double occupancy & availability, and include the port charges and government taxes of $99.62 per person. Rates for singles or a 3rd & 4th guest in a stateroom are by request. The cruise line reserves the right to reinstate the fuel supplement, $10. per person, per day, should the cost of crude oil exceed $65. a barrel.
PAYMENTS
DEPOSIT of $250. per person is due at time of booking, but no later than NOV 30, 2009. The sooner you get your deposit in, the better your choice of staterooms. Deposits are refundable until July 15, 2010.
BALANCE is due no later than JULY 15, 2010. No extensions will be given beyond this date.
Optional Monthly Payment Plans are available. $75. per month, per person, for Interior or Oceanview Staterooms. $100. per month, per person, for Central Park and all Balcony Staterooms. Payable on 15th of each month. Call Ron for details.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE We highly recommend this comprehensive, short-term plan, to protect your investment. It provides coverage of non-refundable cancellation charges, trip interruption, certain medical expenses, baggage protection. If purchased within making your final cruise payment, pre-existing conditions will also be covered, provided that treatment is being given, and the condition is under control. Premiums are based on your age at the time of purchase, and the cost of your vacation. Payment is by credit/debit card only. Insurance premiums are non-refundable, after 10 days of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Many people are concerned about the security of their job, these days. If the BIZPACK option is purchased, and you should lose your job, you're covered! You must have worked for the company for at least a year, and the termination of your job cannot be through any fault of your own. Any business related reasons for cancellation of your cruise, will also be covered.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Everyone MUST have a valid Passport, and a photo I.D. to show Proof of Citizenship. Voter registration or social security cards are not considered proof of citizenship. Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid Passport and photo I.D. Boarding will be denied to anyone who fails to bring the proper documentation. Proper documentation is your responsibility. For more infomation on passports, please go to: www.travel.state.gov Non U.S. residents are responsible for any additional documentation, such as travel Visas.
DINING: We will be dining during the main seating time, 6:00 pm. If you prefer to dine outside of the group, during the later 8:15 pm seating, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange that for you.
AIRFARE: Please don't purchase any airfare just yet. Once all the details have been confirmed, we'll advise you when you can start looking into airfare. Although airfare is available through the cruise line, you'll be able to get less expensive fares yourself, by booking online, directly with the airlines.
GROUND TRANSFERS: If you'd like ground transfers from the Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport to the ship, and back again at the return of the cruise, transfers are available from the cruise line for $..... per person, each way. These transfers can be purchased up until 3 weeks prior to the sailing date. Let Ron know what your flight itinerary is, and he'll be happy to set the transfers up for you.
